City Construction Resumes Today

Several construction projects are starting up again today in Madison after being postponed due to weather concerns last week. The crews will be on Roosevelt Avenue & NE 8th Street, it is also expected that construction will begin on Maplewood Avenue. Once access to the street is interrupted,the city asks that you please plan to park vehicles outside of the construction zone so the contractor can safely perform their work.

The city has stated that this will affect City garbage collection and asks that citizens place carts at the collection points by 7:00 a.m. on Mondays. You should check your cart number prior to leaving it to ensure that you collect the correct cart when you retrieve it.
