Three more COVID-19 deaths were reported Thursday by the state Department of Health, along with more than 250 new positive cases.  Active COVID-19 cases increased to more than 24-hundred as of Thursday, and the number of people hospitalized increased to 74.  

Lake County reported seven new positive COVID-19 cases, along with seven recovered cases, which keeps the number of active cases in the county at 66 as of Thursday.

Elsewhere in our area Thursday, Kingsbury County reported 44 active cases, McCook County-18, and Miner County had 11 active COVID-19 cases.  Moody County reported four active cases and Brookings County had 111.
