Governor Noem discusses revenue loss

Governor Kristi Noem provided information on Thursday on some of the revenue hit the state has taken because of the COVID-19 pandemic.  

Noem talked about the effect on a couple of different areas.

Governor Noem says it could’ve been worse and the long-term effects are still uncertain.

The governor says lawmakers will not need to meet in special session this month to tackle the state’s budget issues.

Noem thanked residents who have continued to support local businesses during this difficult time.
