City to Review Snow Removal Ordinance

The Madison City Commission will consider approval of a revised snow removal ordinance during their meeting tonight. The ordinance would update rules regarding the removal of snow and ice from sidewalks, emergency routes, and parking during snow emergencies. 

The Commission will also acknowledge the bids for the City’s Water System Improvement Segment 3, as well as phases 1 and 2 of the sanitary sewer lining project. 

Commissions will also consider approval of a temporary malt beverage license for the Chamber of Commerce, and a transfer of a liquor license from LC43, to GLSC Holdings. There will also be an update on the city’s electrical system. 

The City Commission Meeting begins tonight at 5:30, in the commission room of Madison’s City Hall.
