Region 2A Cross Country Results
Garretson hosted the Region 2A Cross Country Meet yesterday with a host of area teams participating, including Madison. Top 3 teams advance to the State Meet as well as the top 20 individuals
On the boys side, Sioux Falls Christian finished 1st, Garretson 2nd and Flandreau 3rd. Individually, SF Christian’s Issac Engbers placed 1st. Madison finished 4th as a team and were paced by Deion Cross who placed 14th.
For the girls, well, it was the same order as the boys – SF Christian 1st, Garretson 2nd and Flandreau 3rd with Madison just outside at 4th. Individually, SF Christian’s Taryn Whisler took home medalist honors and Madison was paced by Ellie Keller who placed 11th.
