It was Homecoming for the Raiders of Oldham-Ramona/Rutland last night as they welcomed in Chester for a regional clash in 9A football. ORR used big plays early to build a lead and never looked back on their way to a 46-21 victory. Sophomore QB Will Matson had a pair of rushing touchdowns in the first half and added a 41 yard TD pass as well – giving ORR a 24-14 lead at the break. Chester got a pair of rushing touchdowns in the first half but couldn’t keep up with the Raiders on their home field.

ORR added two touchdowns in the third quarter and one more in the fourth to build a 46-14 lead. After the last TD, Chester housed the kickoff to round out the scoring at 46-21. ORR put themselves in position for the playoffs moving to 4-2 on the season while Chester has an uphill climb at 2-4.
