Mudcats and Gamecocks Earn Wins in Cornbelt Make-Up Games

In Cornbelt Baseball, the Dell Rapids Mudcats handed the Canova Gang their first loss of the season, winning 14-1. After four straight losses, the Humboldt/Hartford Gamecocks got a win, beating Colman 12-5. The Gamecocks had five hitters with multiple hits. Devon Garry picked up the win in a relief appearance. Canova is back in Dell Rapids on Thursday to take on PBR, and the Mudcats head to Flandreau. The Gamecocks travel to Madison and Colman takes a trip to Humboldt to play the Wood Ducks, also on Thursday.
