Local Athletes Continue The Grind

While sports may be on hold at this time, athletes are still in the need of staying in shape and working out. Some are finding out that they have to get a little unique with how they go about accomplishing that task. Dakota State University Strength and Conditioning Coach Stephen Vassalotti gives some tips/ideas to get in workouts in and around the home.
