IOC Moves 2020 Summer Olympics

Less than a week after saying they would not postpone the upcoming Summer Olympics, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has reconsidered their initial comments. With mounting pressure from individuals and countries, the IOC has stated that the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics have been moved to a date beyond 2020 but no later than summer 2021. This is to safeguard the health of the athletes, everyboyd involved in the Olympic Games and the international community.
The Olympics Flame will stay in Japan until the Olympics are held.
