This past weekend, Senior Running Back Brodie Frederiksen passed Jeff Rodman for the career rushing record at Dakota State University. Brodie now stands at 3,403 career yards with two games left in the season and has gone over the 1,000 yard rushing mark for the second year in a row.

His performance this past week, 153 rushing yards, 59 receiving yards and four total touchdowns, earned him the Offensive Player Of The Week for the North Star Athletic Association  for the second time this fall. Frederiksen currently leads the NAIA in rushing yards on the season with 1.071 yards and 1,502 all-purpose yards . He is also one rushing touchdown away from tying Rodman for the single-season record of 15.

Frederiksen has deservedly written his name into the DSU record books. The Trojans will be back in action this Saturday afternoon with Senior Day. They welcome in Valley City State University, as the two sides face-off for the second time on the season. Kick is at 4pm – action on FM103 and amazingmadison.com with pregame at 3:25pm.
