DSU Baseball team picks up first victory

The Dakota State baseball team earned its first victory of the 2021 season Tuesday afternoon, defeating host-team Randall (Okla.) in the first game 3-1 .  In the second game, the Saints exploded for ten runs in the first two innings, rolling past the Trojans 10-3 to earn a doubleheader split.

Dakota State is now 1-6 overall record.  Randall holds an overall record of 2-19.

DSU heads to Dallas, Texas on Friday to begin their four-game series with Dallas Christian.  Both teams will play a doubleheader on Friday and Saturday, with the first game on each day starting at 12 p.m.
