Chester Flyers top Ethan in 4 sets

The Chester Area Flyers survived a 3rd set comeback from Ethan, en route to a 3-1 win over the Rustlers in the Class B consolation semifinals. Chester, who had battled Faulkton to a five set loss on Thursday, bounced back to pick up the win on Friday by scores of 26-24, 25-21, 21-25, and 25-14.

Kenna Brown, who had 40 assists on Thursday, put up 43 assists plus 17 digs in Friday’s win to lead the Flyers. Makenna Larson added 19 kills and 17 digs, while Jayda Kenyon had 13 kills. 

The Flyers now move on to the Consolations Championship match, Saturday morning at 11:45CT, against Faith.
