Bulldog gymnastics picks up win over West Central/Montrose
Madison gymnasts scored 130.85 points, and won a home dual over West Central/Montrose on Tuesday night. Kylie Krusemark took 1st place in the Vault for the Bulldogs, with a score of 9.150. Olivia Flemming was 3rd and Morgan Hansen 4th. Isabel Gors placed 1st on the Floor, scoring 9.25. Hansen was 3rd, and Reana Rost 4th. Hansen also placed 2nd and the Bars and Beam, and placed 2nd in the All-Around. Krusemark was 3rd in the All-Around scores, followed by Gors and Flemming.Â
Averi Schmeichel took 1st place in the All-Around for West Central/Montrose. The junior for the Trojans was also 1st on the Bars and Beam, and 2nd in the Vault and Floor.Â
Madison JV gymnastics were also winners on Tuesday. Caymen Ferber took the JV All-Around title for the Bulldogs, followed by Jessie Tappe and Makenzie Chesler.Â
Madison is off now until next Friday, December 20th, when they travel to Mitchell for their first invitational of the season.
