Joyce A. Haak, age 89, of Howard, SD, passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, at Dow Rummel in Sioux Falls, SD. Memorial Service will be 10:30 am, Saturday, Sept. 21, at St. John Lutheran Church in Howard. Inurnment will be at St. John Cemetery, Howard. Visitation will be 5-7 pm, Friday, at the Willoughby Funeral Home in Howard.
