Jackie Hight

Jackie Hight, age 68, of Madison, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021, at the Madison Regional Health System.

A public visitation will be 5-7 PM on Tuesday, November 16th at Rustand-Weiland Funeral Chapel. A graveside service will be at 2:30 PM at Presho Cemetery, Presho, SD. Online register book is at www.rustandweilandfuneral.com.

Jacquline Lynn Hight was born February 9, 1953, in Chamberlain, SD to Willard & Gladys (Scales) Hight. She was married to Bill Bamsey and to this union, one son was born. They lived in Sioux Falls for a few years and she later moved. For the last 20 years, she has lived in Madison.

Some things that Jackie enjoyed were watching Packer football & NASCAR, drawing, playing cards, and putting together puzzles.

She is survived by her son, Billy (Tanya) Bamsey and their children, Lane, Ty, Kasandra & Morgan of Brookings, SD; daughter, Lisa (Jamison) Henderson of Martin, TN; 11 siblings, James Hight of Prinville, OR, Donna Graham of Davis, Oklahoma, Patty Kogel of Mitchell, SD, Jerry Hight of Gillette, WY, Ronnie Hight of Coloma, WI, Donnie Hight of Sioux Falls, SD, Howard Hight of Mitchell, SD, Barbara Roxbury of Coloma, WI, Alice Weber of Madison, SD, and Sonia Schelske of Reliance, SD.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, Brenda May Hight & Glenda Zangle.
