Dorothy Wipf, age 72, of Howard, went to be with her lord and savior, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Prairie Lakes Hospital in Watertown. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 4, 2021, at the Christian Fellowship Church in Fulton. Burial will follow at Cloverleaf Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-6 PM, Friday at the church with a prayer service at 6.

Dorothy was born on March 4th, 1949, to Josh and Elizabeth Hofer at Graceville Colony.

Dorothy worked at PBM in Howard for 35 years. She was known for her great cooking. She loved baking and making treats to share with friends and loved ones. At Christmas time she would make tons of goodies and candy and made sure everyone got some. Her family would agree she makes the best pancakes and angel food cakes in the world! Dorothy was happiest surrounded by her kids and grandkids and loved to spoil them. Her family meant the world to her including her loving brothers and sisters!

In her spare time she enjoyed traveling, shopping and going to coffee shops. Church and church activities brought great joy to Dorothy. She had a motherly presence that stole people’s hearts and was considered “Mom” to many!! Dorothy will be greatly missed by family and friends!

She is survived by her children Miriam, (late) Joshua, Loretta, Jeannie (Sam), and Lisa (Richard) She had 8 beloved grandkids Andrea (Thomas), Samantha, Amelia, Amber, Samuel, Kaylee, Jaylon (Ashley), Keira and 15 great-grandkids, her sister Elizabeth, brother Mike, sister Margaret (Joe), brother Don (Annie), brother Johnny (Annie), sister Anita (Melvin) and sister Eva.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Walter, son Joshua, and brother Josh.

Arrangements are with the Willoughby Funeral Home in Howard.
