DeWayne Wollmann

DeWayne Wollmann, age 70, of Madison, passed away of natural causes at his home on Saturday,
December 31, 2022.
Memorial service will be held in March 2023 at Rustand-Weiland Funeral Chapel. Inurnment will take
place in Graceland Cemetery on a date to be announced.
DeWayne Paul Wollmann was born August 3, 1952 in Madison, SD to Melvin & Shirley (Hansen)
Wollmann. He attended school in Madison. On June 19, 1998, he married Janice Gluhm in Madison.
While living in Madison, DeWayne worked at Wenk’s Foods, Domestic Seed and mostly recently, he
drove around the region delivering nursery flowers & plants for Lewis Drug.
In his spare time, DeWayne enjoyed camping, fishing, playing with his dogs and spending time with his
family.
He is survived by his wife, Janice of Madison; two sons-Chris (Delorez) Wollmann of Sioux Falls and
Jeremy Wollmann of Gaylord, MN; three step-children-Missy (Justin) Currie of Watertown, SD, Rob
(Rob) Hegarty of Lowry, MN and Roger Olson of Pine City, MN; 4 grandchildren & 6 step-grandchildren;
father, Melvin Wollmann of Madison; brother-Darwin (Kelli) Wollmann of Madison; sister, DeAnn (Joe)
Schoeberl of Chester and his furry dogfriend, Bella.
Preceding him in death is his mother, Shirley and several aunts and uncles.
