DSU Basketball to host Ken Prorok & Law Enforcement Appreciation Game on Saturday
The Dakota State University Men’s Basketball team will be holding a special ceremony Saturday, during their game with Providence. Saturday’s game will also be the Ken Prorok & Law Enforcement Appreciation Game.Â
The Men’s Basketball will honor Moody County Chief Deputy Ken Prorok by wearing a special jersey for the game. They will also present a jersey to the Prorok Family. Law Enforcement will also be recognized during the game.Â
Chief Deputy Prorok, was killed in the line of duty on February 2 of this year. In addition to his career in law enforcement, Prorok also coached baseball, volleyball, and softball for a number of years at DSU.Â
Saturday’s game begins at 3pm, at the DSU Fieldhouse in Madison. There will be free admission to all law enforcement personnel & their families
