The DAK XII Girls Basketball All-Conference teams were announced this past week, with two Lady Bulldogs receiving recognition.

For the Madison Bulldogs, Senior Zoey Gerry earned a Third-Team All-Conference honor. Receiving an “Honorable Mention” for the Lady Bulldogs was Junior Audrey Nelson.

Both players also had received team awards earlier this month, as Gerry was named the Madison Team MVP and Nelson the Madison Offensive Player of the Year.

The DAK XII Girls Basketball MVP was Ellie Lems from Sioux Falls Christian.

Sioux Falls Christian and Vermillion both had more players named All-Conference than any other team, with four honorees each from the two teams. 

Canton, Lennox, Tea Area, Tri-Valley, and West Central each had three players named, while Dakota Valley, Dell Rapids, and Elk Point-Jefferson each tied with Madison for two players.
