Two Bulldogs Finish Top 3 at Les Tlustos Invitational

Over the weekend, the Madison Bulldogs wrestled in the Les Tlustos Invitational, with two Bulldogs placing Top 3.

The highest finisher for the Bulldogs was Caleb Hodges (132lb), who placed second. He got victories by tech fall in his semifinal and quarterfinal matches before Jesse Jost, West Central, beat Hodges by fall in the first place match.

Layne Hess was the other Top 3 finisher for Madison, placing third after winning his third place match over Austin Northquest, Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial, by fall.

Carter Downs (113lb), Carson Wolf (126lb), and Blake Johnson (138lb) all placed fifth at the invite.
