Madison Volleyball Bounces Back With Win at Home

Last night the Madison Bulldogs volleyball team was able to bounce back from getting shut out earlier in the week to get the 3-1 match win over Tri-Valley.
Tri-Valley played it close against Madison throughout the match, though the Bulldogs took the first two sets by scores of 25-21 and 25-20. The third set was Tri-Valley’s lone set win, winning that one against Madison 25-22.
The Bulldogs closed it out in the fourth set though, getting the match win after a 25-16 set in the fourth.
Audrey Nelson once again had a strong performance for the Bulldogs, once more leading the match in kills, knocking down 17. Nelson also led in blocks, getting four. Amanda Vacanti, Madison, was second in match kills with nine. Maycee Theede, Madison, was the match leader in digs as she got 12.
Madison improved to 8-7 on the season with the win over Tri-Valley. The next match for Madison will be on the road next Tuesday, September 27th, when they head to Parker.
