Madison Gymnastics & Wrestling Updates
Madison Wrestling placed fourth on Saturday at the West Central Invite, scoring 91 points. Pierre was the top team with 216 points, followed by Watertown and Rapid City Central. Sam Olson placed first at the 138 weight class to lead the Bulldogs. Caleb Hodges (106), Truman Stoller (120) and Isaac Henry (126) all placed 2nd in their respective classes. Madison Wrestling returns to action tomorrow at Dell Rapids.
Also in action on Saturday was the Madison Gymnastics team, competing at the Patty Jorgenson Invite in Brookings. As a team, Madison placed 7th overall with Mitchell capturing the team title. Isabel Gors was 10th in the all-around, scoring 34.55 points to lead Madison.
