Madison Gymnastics Finishes Ninth in Patty Jorgensen Invite
The Madison Gymnastics team competed in the Patty Jorgensen Invitational over the weekend that featured 12 different teams. The Bulldogs finished ninth in the invite with a total score of 127.225.
Scores for Madison in the four events were 33.4 in the Vault, 29.7 in Bars, 31.2 in Beam, and 32.925 in Floor Events.
Madison had two gymnasts who received All-Around points, with Karlie Nelson finishing as the top performer for Madison with her score of 32.95. Sophia Sudenga had an All-Around score of 31.05.
The top placing team at the invite was Sioux Falls O’Gorman with their total score of 145, who also had the top two All-Around finishers with Maeve Boetel scoring 38.575 and Audrey Meyer scoring 37.975.
