Madison Girls Basketball's Season Comes to Close With Loss to Garretson in Region 3A Playoffs; Scores from 2/22/22

The Madison girls basketball season ended last night following a loss in the Region 3A opening round to Garretson, 52-21. Zoey Gerry had 15 points for Madison. She also grabbed seven rebounds. Audrey Nelson had four points and four rebounds. The Lady Bulldogs end the year at 3-18 and the Blue Dragons play Sioux Falls Christian in the second round for a chance to go to the SoDak 16. In the other matchups for Region 3A, West Central beat Dell Rapids 69-16 and Tri-Valley beat McCook Central/Montrose. 55-52. The next round is to be played at Harrisburg High School. We will follow the West Central Trojans through the post season. We will have the West Central vs Tri Valley game Thursday night at 6:30 on Jammin Country 103 and online at AmazingMadison.com
