Bulldogs Varsity and JV Baseball Pick Up wins

The Madison Bulldog Baseball team hosted SF Washington last night and came away with a 2-1 victory. Both teams were strong on the hill Monday, but the Bulldog pitchers allowed just four hits to SF Washington.

Aspen Dahl got the win for the Bulldogs. The righthander lasted four innings, allowing two hits and zero runs while striking out two and walking one. Lucas Mork and Lucas Johnson entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief. Johnson recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Madison Bulldogs Varsity.

Zach Whitlock, Ashton Nills, Braden Eimers, Logan Allbee, and Ty Jorgenson all had one hit to lead Madison.

The Bulldog Varsity squad will be in action tomorrow as they travel to Humboldt for a doubleheader with West Central. First pitch at 5:30pm .
The Bulldogs JV squad also won last night defeating BIshop O’ Gorman 5-1 Their next action will be Thursday as they host Harrisburg, first pitch at 5pm at Baughman Belatti Park.
