Bulldogs Get 3-1 Match Win Over Parker

After losing the first set, the Madison Bulldogs volleyball team came back and won the next three sets to get the 3-1 match win over Parker last night.

The Bulldogs lost a tightly contested first set, dropping it 25-23, however, after that it was all Madison. Madison won sets two and three by scores of 25-13 and 25-16, before winning the fourth and final set 25-12, leading the Bulldogs to the 3-1 match win. . 

Audrey Nelson once again had a strong performance for the Bulldogs, leading the match with her 17 kills. Nelson also had 11 digs and two blocks. Amanda Vacanti played well also, getting 11 kills and 17 set assists along with three digs. 

Karley Theede led the match in set assists, getting 21 on the night, while Maycee Theede had the Bulldog lead for digs, registering 12. 

The win improves the Bulldogs record to 9-7 on the year. Madison will take a week long break before returning to the court next Tuesday, October 4th when they travel to Tea.Â
