After Lennox scored on the opening drive of the contest, the Madison Bulldog Football squad showed up and showed out, on their way to a 38-20 victory. Madison tied up the game early in the second quarter on a halfback screen to Chris Reece for a 28-yard touchdown, then took the lead for good late in the first half on a short touchdown run by Nate Ricke.

The visiting Bulldogs came out with a pair of touchdown passes from Ricke to Carter Bergheim in the third quarter. Between those passes was a blocked punt that was returned by Logan Albee, as he scooped up the ball and dashed down the field and leapt into the endzone. Madison had 362 yards on offense, including 201 on the ground. Ricke ran for 136 and passed for 161. Bergheim had four catches for 84 yards and the two touchdowns. Joe Gors led the defense with 10 tackles

Madison, 4-4, will wrap up the regular season this upcoming Thursday, hosting Sioux Falls Christian at Trojan Field.
