Brooks throws, runs, and catches his way to four TD’s in MHS win over Vermillion
The MHS football team scored three touchdowns in the 2nd quarter, and overpowered Vermillion for a 28-7 homecoming win on Friday. Ben Brooks caught 2 TD passes from Cohn Hahn, ran for a 31 yard score, and threw a 19 yard TD to Jordan Pedersen.Â
Hahn finished the game 17-22 for 124 yards, 2 TD’s and 2 interceptions. Caleb Hodges ran for 90 yards as Madison racked up 324 total yards as a team, while holding Vermillion to 99. Â
Shane Veenhof returned to the lineup to pick off two passes. Caleb Petterson and Cale Johnson also had interceptions for the Bulldogs.
Madison will travel to #1 ranked Sioux Falls Christian on Friday.Â
