Wednesday COVID-19 update: Two new positive cases in Lake County; one additional death in SD

Two new positive COVID-19 cases are being reported in Lake County Wednesday.  The state Department of Health on Wednesday also reported three more recovered cases in the county.  Currently, Lake County’s totals are 86 positive COVID-19 cases, with 70 of them recovered and two deaths.  That puts the number of active cases in the county at fourteen at this time.  There have been 889 negative tests in Lake County.

Statewide, one more COVID-19 death has been reported, putting the state’s total now at 137.  The state reports 89 new positive cases and a total now of 951 active cases, with 43 people currently hospitalized as of Wednesday.
