Fourteen more COVID-19 deaths are being reported in the state Wednesday, bringing the state’s death toll to 460.  The deaths are being reported in nine different counties, including in our area, one in Kingsbury County.  

The state is also reporting 937 new positive COVID-19 cases Wednesday, with 13-thousand-908 active cases and 483 people currently hospitalized.

Lake County reports another twelve positive COVID-19 cases Wednesday, along with four recovered cases.  This puts the county’s totals at 476 positive cases, 324 recovered, and nine total deaths.  There are now 143 active COVID-19 cases in Lake County.

Elsewhere in our area, McCook County now has 125 active cases, Kingsbury County has 104, and Moody County has 78.  Miner County currently has 53 active COVID-19 cases, and Brookings County has 361.
