Lake County reports another increase in positive COVID-19 cases Tuesday.  Another 15 positive cases are being reported, along with eight recovered cases.  Lake County now has 190 active COVID-19 cases. 

Statewide, more than one-thousand new positive cases are being reported Tuesday.  Three additional virus-related deaths are also being reported, putting the state’s total at 540.  Hospitalizations statewide increased to 607, and the number of active COVID-19 cases increased to close to 16-thousand-600 on Tuesday.  

Several area counties are also seeing their number of active coronavirus cases surpassing one-hundred. McCook County reports 154 active COVID-19 cases, Kingsbury County has 127, and Moody County has 108.  Miner County reports 52 active COVID-19 cases, and Brookings County has 484.
