Tabor man sentenced on grand theft charge in Lake County

A Tabor man has been sentenced in Lake County on a felony grand theft charge.  

22-year-old Jordan Stevens earlier pleaded guilty to a charge of grand theft as part of a plea agreement.  Circuit Judge Pat Pardy sentenced Stevens to serve two years in the state penitentiary on the charge, and gave him credit for sixteen days he had previously served.  Stevens was also ordered to pay fine, costs, and restitution totaling more than 32-hundred dollars. The judge said that Stevens’ sentence would run consecutive to a current charge.
