The application and approval process for Summit Carbon Solutions’ proposed carbon dioxide pipeline will apparently stretch on. South Dakota Public Utilities Chairman Chris Nelson said there is no deadline for the pipeline company to submit their information.

Nelson said they are watching as more information is delivered to them.
