The 58th Annual Steam Threshing Jamboree kicks off Thursday at Prairie Village, just west of Madison.  Prairie Village Manager Faron Wahl said International Harvester is the feature at this year’s Jamboree.

The next few days are packed with activities, events, parades, and demonstrations at Prairie Village as part of the Jamboree.  Wahl said that there’s a little bit of something for everyone.

Admission to the Jamboree is ten-dollars for adults on all days but Saturday, when admission is 12-dollars. A four-day pass for an adult is 30-dollars.  Children ages six to twelve are two dollars each day, and admission is free for those ages five and younger.

Wahl said that most all of the Jamboree events are covered with admission.

The Prairie Village Steam Threshing Jamboree wraps up on Sunday afternoon.
