Positive COVID-19 case reported at MHS

The Madison Central School District reported Thursday that a student or staff member at Madison High School has tested positive for COVID-19.  The school district is determining if there are any close school contacts associated with the new positive case.  

As of Thursday, the district reported just this one active case in Madison High School, one active case in Madison Middle School, and two active COVID-19 cases in the elementary school.

Statewide information on COVID-19 cases was not updated on Thursday by the state Department of Health because of the Veteran’s Day holiday.
