No new positive COVID-19 cases are being reported Monday in Lake County.  The state Department of Health reports that Lake County currently has ten active COVID-19 cases, with 783 negative tests.  

Overall, 37 new positive cases have been reported in the state Monday, bringing the state’s overall total to 7943.  829 of those cases are listed as active at this time, and 65 people are currently hospitalized.  The state also has had 118 reported COVID-19 deaths.  

The only area county to see an increase in new positive cases is Miner County, who had one reported Monday.  Currently, Brookings County has thirteen active COVID-19 cases, McCook County has four, and Kingsbury County has one active case.
