No one was injured in a rollover crash south of Madison on Tuesday morning.  The Lake County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash on Highway 19, one-half mile south of its intersection with 242nd Street, just after 9:00 Tuesday morning.

Sheriff Tim Walburg said that 22-year-old Benjamin Hooper of Madison was driving a 2008 Chevy Silverado pickup north on Highway 19 when he entered the east ditch and rolled.  Walburg said weather was a factor in the crash with blowing and drifting snow on the roadway.  He said Hooper was not injured. Damage to Hooper’s pickup is estimated at around eight-thousand dollars.
