A Nebraska man was sentenced on a felony burglary charge this week in Lake County Circuit Court. 24-year-old Ross Wiebelhaus of Harrington, Nebraska had earlier pleaded guilty to a Second Degree Burglary charge as part of a plea agreement.
This week, Circuit Judge Pat Pardy sentenced Wiebelhaus to serve eight years in the state penitentiary, but suspended the time based on several conditions. Some of those conditions include that Wiebelhaus pay a fine of 500-dollars plus court costs, make restitution of more than 26-hundred dollars, and re-pay his court appointed attorney’s fees. Judge Pardy ordered that Wiebelhaus’ sentence be served consecutive to sentences he is already serving.
