MRHS hosting walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic

The Madison Regional Health System will host a free, walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Thursday.  The clinic will be for individuals 12-years of age and older and will be held from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m.  The vaccine to be administered will be the Pfizer two-dose regimen.  The second dose of the vaccine will be administered by Madison Regional Health for these individuals also on June 10th.  

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or bring a completed COVID Vaccination Form for Minors with them.
