MCSD Reports One New Positive Case

The Madison Central School District reported one new positive COVID-19 case within the district on Friday.  Superintendent Joel Jorgenson said that a student or staff member at Madison Elementary School had tested positive for COVID-19.  He said the district is working with the state Department of Health to determine if there are any additional students who would be considered close contacts.  Jorgenson said the district will notify parents of those considered close contacts by e-mail and phone call.
