Mayor speaks on new City Administration Building
The groundbreaking was held last week in Madison for the new City Administration Building to be located at 503 South Highland Ave. Madison Mayor Roy Lindsay explains how the new building came to be.
Lindsay says the new building will offer citizens a way to find what they need in one location plus it gives the City continuity.
Mayor Lindsay says this building will help push Madison towards the future.
The City Administration Building will house the Police, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Administrative departments, along with the Mayor’s Office and Commission room and cost around 10.8 Million dollars.  The project is expected to be finished by May of 2025.
