Madison Regional Health offering one-dose COVID-19 vaccine clinic

Madison Regional Health System will continue to offer a free, one-dose COVID-19 vaccine clinic through August 6th, or sooner if the vaccine is depleted.  The vaccine being administered is the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which is approved for use in individuals 18 years of age and older.  Due to a limited supply, people need to call Madison Regional Health to schedule their vaccination appointment.

To speed up the vaccination process, individuals can complete their COVID Vaccination Form and bring it with  them when receiving their vaccination. This form can be found by clicking “Vaccine Information”  on www.madisonregionalhealth.org and available at the clinic.

MRHS is holding this clinic to ensure patients receive their vaccination quickly and safely. Upon entering the  vaccine clinic, patient information will be verified, the individual will be screened, and vaccine information will  be provided. After the individual has received their vaccination, they will remain in a designated area where a  healthcare professional will monitor their safety.
