Madison Regional Health offering additional COVID-19 vaccination clinics

With the COVID-19 Delta variant on the rise, Madison Regional Health System is encouraging area residents to get vaccinated.

To meet the needs of the community, Madison Regional Health is increasing vaccination opportunities.  It will extend the existing free Johnson & Johnson one-dose regimen COVID-19 vaccination clinic for individuals 18 years of age or older. This clinic will now run through September 21st.

Madison Regional Health System is also adding a free Pfizer two-dose regimen COVID-19 vaccination clinic on August 24th from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm for all individuals 12 years of age or older. The second dose of the vaccine, provided by Madison Regional Health, will be administered then on September 14th.  Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or bring a completed COVID Vaccination Form for Minors with them.

Appointments for vaccinations can be made by calling Madison Regional Health at 605-256-6551.

MRHS is holding these clinics to ensure patients receive their vaccination quickly and safely. Upon entering the
vaccine clinic, your information will be verified and you will be screened. While you wait, you will be given
information regarding the vaccine. After receiving your vaccination, you will wait in a designated area where a
healthcare professional will monitor you to ensure your safety.
To speed up your vaccination process, please visit www.madisonregionalhealth.org, click on “Vaccine
Information” and find the COVID Vaccine Form to complete and bring with you. Other important vaccine
information can be found on the same page of Madison Regional Health System’s website.
