Madison man sentenced on child pornography possession charge

A Madison man has been sentenced for possessing child pornography.  21-year-old Tjaden Fisher earlier pled guilty to one felony count of Possession of Child Pornography and was sentenced earlier this month.  Fisher was sentenced by Circuit Judge Pat Pardy to serve seven years in the state penitentiary, with all but a year-and-a-half of the sentence suspended based on a number of conditions.  Some of those conditions include that Fisher pay court costs, and reimburse the county for his court-appointed attorney’s fees, as well as pay the cost of a psychosexual evaluation amounting to 22-hundred-and-50-dollars.  Judge Pardy also ordered that Fisher obey all laws, complete sex offender treatment as recommended, and register as a sex offender.  He received credit for five days he had already served on the charge.
