Madison Educational Foundation Awards Scholarships to MHS Seniors
The Madison Central School Educational Foundation this year awarded more than 35-thousand dollars in scholarships to Madison High School graduating seniors. The Foundation’s Board of Directors and scholarship donors presented the scholarships to students during a recognition ceremony at the high school last month.Â
Twenty-seven students received one or more of the Madison Central School Educational Foundation scholarships. Foundation Executive Director Renae Prostrollo said that the scholarship donors value education and give scholarships as a way to give back to Madison High School. She said that some have chosen to invest in a student’s future with a scholarship as a meaningful way to honor their loved ones. Prostrollo said that the Foundation hopes that students can learn about the donors who give scholarships and can be inspired to give back someday too.
