The Madison City Commission holds its regular weekly meeting Monday. On the agenda for city commissioners is a hearing on and approval of an application for a temporary alcohol license for the Knights of Columbus St. Thomas Gala on October 2nd. Commissioners will also adopt a resolution adopting the assessment roll and levy assessments for the city’s 2020 sidewalk improvement project, and a resolution amending the city’s established employee compensation for 2021.
An executive session for contract negotiations is scheduled for the end of Monday’s meeting. The Madison City Commission meeting begins at 5:30 Monday in the commission room in Madison City Hall and also through the use of Zoom.
