The Madison City Commission is holding its regular weekly meeting Monday.

On the agenda for the commission is a resolution for the city’s sidewalk improvement project for 2021.  Commissioners will also hold first reading of an ordinance amending the city’s appropriation ordinance for Fiscal Year 2020, and review and award the bid for chemicals.  The commission will also approve the reduction of depreciation reserve in the city’s Recycling Fund of just less than 64-thousand and approve the elimination of the solid waste fund garbage container reserve of just more than 15-thousand dollars.

An executive session to discuss personnel will be held at the end of Monday’s commission meeting.

The Madison City Commission meets starting at 5:30 Monday in the commission room in Madison City Hall and also through the use of Zoom.
