Madison City Commission meets Monday

The Madison City Commission is holding its regular weekly meeting today.  

The commission is scheduled to accept the preliminary engineering report from Banner Associates for the city’s water system improvement project, specifically sanitary and storm sewer work.  

Commissioners will also consider the city’s sidewalk committee’s recommendations for 2020 assessments, and approve a cross pipe installation on Airport Road.  Also on the agenda for the commission is an easement agreement for Michael McVey, and the designation of an additional depository – U.S. Bank – for municipal funds for 2019.

The Madison City Commission meeting is held at 5:30 today in the commission room in Madison City Hall.
