The Madison City Commission is holding its regular weekly meeting Tuesday instead of Monday because of the Native American Day holiday.

On the agenda for the commission is a resolution authorizing the execution of contractual documents for the receipt of CARES Act funds, and a services agreement with Utilismart Corporation for meter data management.  The commission will also discuss a reimbursement agreement with the state Bureau of Finance and Management for a Local Government COVID Recovery Fund, and approve the city’s contact information for FEMA.

Commissioners are also scheduled to acknowledge the city’s 2019 audit report, and hear from Michael Johnson regarding the trailer court on Northwest 9th Street.

Executive sessions to discuss personnel and to consult with legal counsel or regarding proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters will be held at the end of Tuesday’s meeting.

The Madison City Commission meets at 5:30 Tuesday in the commission room and also through the use of Zoom.
