Madison City Commission meeting Monday
The Madison City Commission holds its regular weekly meeting Monday.
Commissioners will acknowledge a request for re-allocation of budgetary items in the city’s Park and Recreation fund for necessary repairs at the Madison Aquatic Center. They are also scheduled to hold a hearing on and approve the applications for retail and temporary retail (on-off sale) malt beverage alcohol licenses for Dakota Butcher. Commissioners will also ratify a lease agreement for the city’s water system improvements for Mark Johnson for storage of materials. The commission will also declare several items as surplus property, and set the date for a hearing on an ordinance to move the deadline for the municipal budget.
These items and more make up the agenda for the Madison City Commission. The commission meeting starts at 5:30 Monday in the commission room in Madison City Hall and can also be accessed through Zoom.
